| 摘 要： | 风险投资是高新技术企业的“孵化器”,对科研成果转化为生产力和高新技术产业化起到了巨大推动作用。本文对风险投资的特点、风险投资的基本运行方式以及风险投资中风险与报酬的平衡机制等风险投资的运行机理进行了初步探讨,并对如何发展我国的风险投资业提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | As an "incubator" of high and new technohgy enterprises, venture capital plays an important role in transforming scientific achievements into productive forces and industrlizing high new technohgy. The author discusses the feature of venture capital,the general operational mode and the equilibrium between venture and reward. At last, she clarifies her views on how to develop venture capital in our country. |
