摘    要:90年代中期以来,我国经济出现衰退迹象。我国政府把刺激消费作为促进经济增长的途径之一,采取了各种积极的货币政策,但效果不太显著。本文从三方面分析了货币政策效果不显著的原因并结合具体问题提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Since 1990's, a kind of recession came to affect Chinese economy. For the purpose of promoting the development of economy, the government took the measure, among various positive monetary policies, of stimulating the growth of market consumption. However the results were not satisfactory. This paper comes to analyze from three aspects the causes of this situation and with the consideration of some certain cases puts forward some proposals.
