| 摘 要： | 通过对秦皇岛市第三产业发展态势分析,确定第三产业发展的政策取向为:大力发展金融保险业和社会服务业,把旅游业培育成支柱产业;重点培育科研、教育、房地产业成为新的经济增长点;优化发展交通运输仓储和邮电业,以及批发零售贸易餐饮业。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the tertiary industry status in Qinhuangdao, policies should be orientated toward vigorous development of finance and insurance bussinesses, social service industry, andspecial development of tourism as a pillar intustry; toward particular nurture of scientic research, education and realty bussiness as new economic growth points; and toward optimization of communication and tansportation industry, dock warehousing, postal service, as well as wholesale and retale trade, and catering service. |
