二十年代苏联新经济政策终结的原因

本文从四个方面对新经济政策终结的原因作了分析:一是社会主义建设的理论没有得到应有的发展,新经济政策缺乏有力的理论支持;二是党内普遍存在着急于加快发展的赶超心理,忽视了落后国家社会主义建设的长期性、艰巨性;三是没有适时进行政治体制改革,党内民主生活不健全,政治斗争严重妨碍了新经济政策的执行和深化;四是社会历史传统力量影响至深,不利于新经济政策的推行。

On the Causes Why Soviet''''s New Econmic Policy in the 1920''''s Came to an End

This paper discusses the causes why the Soviet's New Economic Policy in the 1920's came to an end. It focuses on the following four points: (1) The theory of socialist construction didn't achieve a due development and consequently failed to give impetus to the New Economic Policy; (2) The eagerness for accelerated development was prevailing in the Party and the country and it resulted in the neglect of the nature of socialist construction in a backward country; (3) The failure of timely reformation of political systems resulted in the lack of democratic condition within the Party and consequently the over-heated political movements severely impeded the further implementation and deepening of the new Economic Policy; (4) Social and historical traditions remained powerful and stood in the way of the implementation of the New Economic Policy.
