高等学校人才培养模式改革中信息支撑模式的研究

高校人才培养模式改革离不开信息的支持。而要做好人才培养模式改革这样的复杂、涉及面广的专题信息服务,必须建立起一个很好的信息支撑模式,它除了应由主动性的网页信息服务、个性化信息服务、实时在线信息咨询等五个子模式组成的信息提供模式外,还应涵盖人员组织结构模式。在这个信息支撑模式的建设和实施中还应注意咨询人员对人才培养模式的深入研究、信息服务的主动性,以及信息服务的系统性等三个方面的问题。

Research on the Model of Information Guarantee in the Reform of College Talent Cultivation Model

The reform of college talent cultivation can't run successfully without the guarantee of information.A good mode of information guarantee must be established if the subject information service on the reform of talent cultivation model,which is complicated and involving widely,need to be finished commendably.This mode is consisted of not only personnel organization mode,but also the information providing mode,which includes five submodels such as active homepage information service,individuating information service and real time online information service,etc.In addition,three problems,which including consultation worker's deep research on the mode of talent cultivation,go-aheadism of information service and systemic information service,must be noticed.
