| 摘 要： | 中国西部地区教育发展滞后于东部和中部地区,原因是受到投入不足的制约,单一政府投入型模式不适应西部教育事业发展的需要。本文通过公益组织在教育、扶贫等社会公益事业方面发挥作用的启示,从公益组织的使命出发论证了公益组织投身西部教育事业是其应有的社会公共角色,并对公益组织在西部教育事业发展中的作用进行了可行性分析。

| Abstract: | Education in western China,due to insufficient investment,lags far behind that in the eastern and central China.This article proposes that investment from governments alone will not meet the demand of educational development in western China.Inspired by the role of non-profit organizations in public interest work such as poverty alleviation,it suggests that non-profit organizations should play a certain role in the educational development in western China,which is,in fact,demanded by its self-appointed mission.Feasibility analysis is also made of the role of non-profit organizations in the educational development of western China. |
