| 摘 要： | 文章论述了以人为本构建和谐高校教育的重要性,并对教师自身的和谐发展问题、师生关系的和谐问题、可持续发展的知识结构和素质教育等进行了探讨,以期为落实以人为本的科学发展观,进行高校教育的改革提供参考.

| Abstract: | Importance of harmonious higher education on people-orientated principle is discussed.Meanwhile,the problems of teachers development,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and system of knowledge for sustainable development and quality education are discussed.Thus it provides a reference for the implementation of scientific development view on people-orientated principle,and for the higher education reform as well. |
