| 摘 要： | 产业升级现象长期以来受到经济学诸多理论的关注,以往的研究大多把组织视为一个技术的集合体,这种在一定程度上忽视制度与历史的方法在解释兵团棉花产业升级的原因时并不充分。本文从组织研究中新制度主义的角度出发,从社会学的角度考察历史形成的制度逻辑在塑造兵团产业升级行为时的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The upgrading of industry has always been a focus to many economists in recent years.Studies in the past have regarded organization as a technical unity.Without considering the systematic and historical factors,they failed to give sound explanations in interpreting the reason of upgrading of cotton industry in Xinjiang.This present study analyzes the important role of systematic logic in industrial upgrading from the aspect of neo-systematicism and sociology. |
