The Development and Innovation of China's Administrative System Concerning the Ethnic Affairs

China's present administrative system concerning the ethnic affairs results from the constant innovation made by the CPC who integrates Marxism's ethnic theory with the specific situation of China. Today, with the economic development of the socialism, and the change of the ethnic population distribution and social life, we need to make more innovation in the administration of the ethnic affair. This paper discusses the development of the China's administrative system concerning the ethnic affair. And the paper explores preliminarilythe necessityof constantly bringing forth the systemic innovation according to the demands of the time, and how to make the innovation.
