| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了20世纪50年代前、中期我国民族政策的正确性及其实施效果,阐述了50年代后期民族问题方面的"左"倾错误,尤其是"民族问题实质是阶级问题"的提法出台的背景及其危害,以及十一届三中全会后,纠正这一错误提法的经历。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the righteousness and practical effect of CPC policy towards nationalities in the early and mid 1950s. It discloses the origin and harmful effect of the practice of the late 1950s that magnified national problems by equating them with class problems. And it also traces the process in which this wrong practice was corrected after the 3rd Meeting of the 11th Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the CPC. |
