确立新的办学理念深化教育教学改革(上)

面对新形势,高校要确立新的大学理念,坚持以人为本的教育哲学观,全面发展的人才质量观,服务社会的学校职能观,适度规模扩张、以内涵发展为主、以质取胜的学校发展观.高师院校的发展趋向体现为教师职业专业化、教师学习终身化、教师教育多元化、教师素质综合化.深化教育教学改革,要全面落实素质教育和创新教育的思想,确立并探索现代办学理念.与时俱进、变革教育思想、更新教育观念是先导,机制和体制改革是关键,学科建设是龙头,专业调整是主线,课程改革是核心,人才培养模式的实质性转变是根本,培养高素质创新型人才是目标.教育教学改革要总体规则,分步实施,重点突破.

Establish the New Conception in Running School and Carry the Educational Reformation Further

Facing the new situation, colleges and universities should establish some new collegiate conceptions, namely the philosophic educational views of humanism, all-round developing views in educating, views of serving society on the function of the colleges, views of expanding in moderation and wining with the quality in developing. The trend of the teachers colleges may be expressed through the professionalization of teachers, life teaching and multiple teaching ways, the integration of teachers' abilities. In order to carry the educational reformation further, we should carryout the thought of quality education and creativity education, establish and hold on the modern conceptions of running school as well. Develop with the time and reform the educational thinking first, mainly reform the educational system and mechanism as well as take the course construction and profession adjustment, center about the course reformation, radically convert the brain education pattern, ultimately educate the talents of creativity. Altogether the educational reformation should be planed on the whole, carried out step by step and essentially broken through.
