| 摘 要： | 保护投资者的合法权益是《证券法》的职责和使命,是该法的灵魂之所在,但我国证券民事赔偿制度的相关规定却不尽如人意,文章拟对建立适合我国国情的证券民事赔偿制度进行探讨,以期证券立法的完善。
