| 摘 要： | 网络社会作为人类发展全新的社会场景,其法律构建必须尊重和维护它本身的特性。本文从网络社会的特性入手,分析网络社会法律应呈现的状态,并指出法律在网络社会中发展变迁的趋势:民主性得到极大的提升;自由和平等的法律价值得到进一步张扬;法律从"国家之法"向"世界之法"发展。
