| 摘 要： | 通过对影响区域就业差异的因素进行分析发现,FDI和出口两个变量在对总区域就业差异和区间就业差异中影响因素都比较大,不同的是FDI在对区间就业差异的影响中表现最大,尤其是一个地区外资企业对劳动力的吸纳程度极大的影响了地区差异。

| Abstract: | By the impact of regional differences in employment factors analysis,this paper found FDI and exports two variables in the total regional employment disparities and differences in employment interval factors and the relatively large difference was the range of FDI in employment differences in the performance of the largest.A foreign-funded enterprises in absorbing labor force had a great extent on the regional differences. |
