The spirit of plain living and hard struggle is a traditional virtue of Chinese people and a revolution- ary tradition of CPC,too.Nevertheless,a lack of this spirit prevails among college students,the reasons of which are varied.Ideological educators in universities should intensify the education of the spirit of plain living and hard struggle through various effective approaches.
