道德资源合理开发与利用的理论思考

道德是一种稀缺资源,需要合理的开发与利用。把握道德资源的需求、供给与消耗规律是合理开发与利用道德资源的前提。合理开发与利用道德资源必须刺激道德需求的增长、扩大道德供给、遏制道德资源的不合理损耗,其中的关键是要建立公正的、适合社会主义市场经济要求的道德规范体系和以合理的道德赏罚机制为主的社会干预机制。

On the Rational Development and Utilization of Moral Resource

As rare resources, morality needs reasonable development and utilization on the precondition of the good mastery of its needs, supply and consumption rules. In order to achieve this, the following measures are often taken: stimulating the increasing of its needs, enlarging its supply and limiting its unreasonable consumption. The key is the establishment of the fair moral regulation system which meets the needs of socialist market economy and social interfere mechanism with reasonable rewards and punishments mechanism as the main content.
