| 摘 要： | 个体社会化与个性化的关系就是个体适应社会与主动创新的关系。适应与创新具有相辅相成的关系 ,二者不可偏废。教育既具有社会化的功能 ,又具有个性化的功能。我国当前实施创新教育便是要在适应教育的基础上发展、超越 ,使教育的社会化功能与个性化功能都充分发挥出来。要实现这种超越 ,便要转变指导思想、教学内容、教学方法、激励机制等

| Abstract: | The relationship of socialization and individuation is the relationship of individual adaptation to the society and innovation.Adaptation and innovation are supplement to each other.Education have functions of socilization and individuation.Nowadays,to actualize innovation education is to develop and exceed the adaptation education in our country,so as to exert the two functions of education fully.To achieve this exceed must change idea,content and method of teaching,mechanism of inspirer and so on. |
