| 摘 要： | CEPA协议的深入实施,为我国内地与港澳之间进行医疗卫生方面的合作创造了良好的契机。然而,目前CEPA框架下三地医疗卫生合作仍存在一定的法律障碍,要克服这些障碍应从四方面着手:一是完善CEPA关于"医疗服务提供者"的规定,二是在区域合作中规范自由贸易与公共健康的关系,三是运用灵活的产权结构发展医疗服务,四是构建注重医疗专业特色的合作机制。

| Abstract: | With the development of the closer economic relationship between Mainland China and Hong Kong/Macao which enhanced the exchange of population and goods,it is inevitable to promote the medical and sanitary cooperation since there frequently occurred the emergence public sanitary event as well.Having analyzed the practical significance of medical and sanitary cooperation under CEPA,the paper discusses the relevant legal issues of that cooperation,which aimed at presenting some references for the currently medical system reform and the further consummation of the relevant regulations under CEPA. |
