新世纪外语教育中的文化定位

摘    要:语言目标追求的自觉性和文化目标追求的有限性构成了新世纪外语教学的基本特征。人们越来越强烈地感受到 ,所学语言国家文化背景知识在外语教学中的不可分割性和文化迁移的自觉性。外语教学越是向高层次发展 ,语言负载的文化需要越突出。因此 ,体系相对完整的外语文化背景知识教学应被看做是外语教学和外语课程建设的一部分

Abstract:The self consciousness in pursuit of language objective and the finiteness in quest of culture objective constitute the basic features in foreign language teaching of the new century. People come to realize that foreign language teaching can at no time be separated from the cultural background of the language, and from the trans cultural self consciousness. The more highly foreign language teaching upgrades, the more urgent demands for cultural background is behind this language. Therefore, the education on cultural knowledge and background of foreign language, as a relatively sound system, should be concentrated on as one part of the construction for foreign language teaching and course.
