| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种新型的经济发展模式,大力发展循环经济,是我国坚持科学发展观,走新型工业化道路,实施可持续发展战略的重要途径和战略选择。在我国社会主义现代化建设的新时期,要采取切实可行的措施,充分发挥政府的职能,建立健全相应的政策、法规,提高国民素质,倡导绿色消费,大力推动我国循环经济的发展。
