| 摘 要： | 目前,河南省民办高等教育在整体上还处于起步阶段,为了促使其快速、健康地发展,应进一步加大宣传力度,形成社会共识;进一步解放思想,营造民办高等教育发展良好氛围;完善扶持政策,优化民办高等教育办学环境;进一步提高民办高等教育的办学水平和质量;积极发挥省社会力量办学协会的桥粱纽带作用。

| Abstract: | At present, community higher education of Henan Province is on the primary stage. In order to develop it quickly and sound,we should further strengthen the publicity and form the social commom sense, further liberate our thpughts and build a good surroundings of developing community higher education, improve our supporting policies and make the school - running environment of higher education better, further try to raise the school - running level and quality of community higher education, give active play to the link of Community School - running Association. |
