| 摘 要： | 对旅游资源进行经济价值评估,是旅游资源市场化的直接需要,也是改革旅游资源产权制度、实现旅游资源合理利用的必然要求。作为旅游资源不可分割的重要组成部分,文化旅游资源的价值评估具有积极的理论和实践意义。初步阐述了文化旅游资源的"唯一性"、"真实性"、"认识的不确定性"和"破坏的不可逆性"的含义,得出了文化旅游资源也是舒适型资源的结论,为舒适型资源价值评估理论和方法应用到文化旅游资源的价值评估奠定了初步的理论基础。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the theoretical basis and methods of the economic assessment of cultural tourism resources.It analyzes the characteristics of cultural tourism resources and amenity resources and points out cultural tourism resources also belong to amenity resources.Then it introduces three methods that can be used to assess the economic value of cultural tourism resources. |
