摘    要:人的素质深藏于内,表露于外.对内,它既作为人的本质(劳动)的基本规定性决定着人的本质的生成,又作为人的本质的基本属性表现着人的本质到达的程度.对外,它通过人的主体性行为表现着人的本质力量,既表现为主体自由能力的高低,又表现为人的价值取向的性质.从外部来看,决定人的素质的固然是特定的社会氛围,但这种决定作用只有通过自我主体的选择作用才能起作用.素质教育除了需要制造良好的社会氛围外, 更根本的是唤醒学生的自我意识,增强他们选择、建构自身的自觉性和能动性.

Abstract:The quality of human beings is deeply concealed interiorly and shown exteriorly.Interiorly it not only determines the formation of the nature of human,but also manifests the extent of the nature of human as the fundarmental character.Exteriorly,it manifests the power of the nature of human by way of the behavior of the subject of human beings,therefore it manifests not only the level of the liberal capability of the subject,but also the nature of the human value.From an exterior point of view,although the particular social atmosphere determines the quality of the human,this role of determination only reacts through the selective effect of the ego subject.Quality education demands the formation of favorable social atmosphere,and more fundamentally,the provocation of the ego consciousness of the students and the enhancement of their consciousness and initiative to choose and establish themselves.
