| Abstract: | The scientific view of talent was put for ward gradually, conforming to the progress of the society. It meets the demands of economic development and achieving moderate prosperity. As the scientific view of talent is very abundant in its connotation, this article analyzes the standard of talent, the value of talent, the development of talent, the exchange of talent, the employment of talent, the management of talent,the structure of talent and so on. At the same time, it gives further discussion about some of the above ideas. |
