河北省支柱产业发展低碳经济对策探讨

中国在经济发展中面临着日益严重的环境污染和能源消耗问题，发展低碳经济已成为大势所趋。河北作为能源消耗大省，更应加强发展低碳经济。本文在对河北省支柱产业发展低碳经济的现状及潜力分析的基础上，阐述了河北省构建低碳经济所应关注的重点产业，针对低碳农业、低碳工业及低碳新兴产业的建设提出相应的建议，强调了河北省支柱产业低碳经济在发展过程中应注意的问题。

Suggestions on Development of Low carbon Economy in Pillar Industries of Hebei Province

China is facing the increasingly serious problem of environmental pollution and energy consumption, and the development of low-carbon economy has become a trend. As a big energy consumption province, Hebei should strengthen the development of low carbon economy. On the basis of analyzing current and potential status of the development of pillar industries＇ low-carbon economy, important industries for construction of low-carbon economy in Hebei province are described. Some recommendations to the construction of low-carbon agriculture, low-carbon industry, and low-carbon emerging industries are proposed accordingly.
