| 摘 要： | 日本战后教育的发展在很大程度上归功于私学立法的发展。日本的私学立法经历了从严格编制,到保障、振兴资助私学教育的发展历程。政府对私立学校既不完全辖制、集权,又没有简单地采取“教育自由”的立场,而是将私学教育纳入法制化的轨道。日本的私学立法具有科学性、先进性和可操作性的特点。我们可以从日本私学立法及其发展过程中得到诸多启示。我国的民办学校立法不但应总结以往的成功经验,更重要的是要体现超前性和指导性,为未来我国民办教育的健康发展和改革指明方向。

The essay introduces the development of Japan's Legislation in private school and its characteristics. The development of Japan s Legislation in private school give us much inspiration. In the last section of the treatise, the author puts forward some suggestions about Chinese legislation in private school. |
