| 摘 要： | 制度因素是经济增长动态过程中的内生变量 ,它构成经济增长中合作与竞争的基本秩序 ;而作为国家意志的代理人 ,政府用以交换和服务于委托者的基本形式 ,就在于制度供给。它不断界定和明晰产权结构 ,为经济增长提供生产性制度安排 ,也可引导社会意识形态和制定生产计划与宏观政策 ,为经济增长提供必要的制度协调框架 ,以此将政府对经济增长的作用机制融入到制度分析框架之中。

| Abstract: | As an inherent element of economic growth, institution provides cooperative and competitive basic rules.The government,as an associated agency of state ,can exchange and give service to commissaries by providing institution ,thus ,the state may not only defines and protects proper rights in order to supply productive institution,but also brings the institutions to be more productive by terms of guiding ideology and drawing up plan. |
