| 摘 要： | 通过论述传统文化思想和西方工业文明在现代民族素质形成和构建社会主义和谐社会方面的影响，阐述了个体素质与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系。运用逻辑分析等方法．意在分析传统文化、西方工业文明和构建和谐社会的关系,提出构建和谐社会必须立足于现有的民族素质基础及提高民族素质。

| Abstract: | By discussing the influence of traditional culture and western industrial civilization on forging modern national quality and building socialist harmonious society,this paper addresses the relations between individual quality and the construction of socialist harmonious society.Using logical analysis method,this paper reveals the relations among traditional culture,western civilization and the construction of harmonious society,and draws the conclusion that harmonious society must be built upon the existing national quality and its constant improvement. |
