| Abstract: | The key of the risk management of investment project lays in that each side of the investment and construction project realize clearly the kind, size and measure of risk. The insurance and assurance of investment project belongs to the category of the security system of investment project; it is the effective means of the risk management of project contracts, agreement. Through setting up and pursue the insurance and assurance system of investment project, each side of the investment and construction project can keep one's word and honor an agreement, make investment and construction's operation standardized, and guarantee the quality of investment project under the drives of one's own interests. |
