After the experimental survey on introducing insurance companies and insurance mechanism to the medical security of urban and rural groups with financial difficulties in the city of Xinxiang and the county of Yuanyang in Henan Province, the paper digs into both the theoretical background and the operation of this pattern. While analyzing, the author realizes both rationality and feasibility of the pattern as well as problems. The author also comes up with some suggestions on how to solve these problems.
