解决“三农”问题之“三大注意”

在解决"三农"问题的过程中,有些地方的思路和做法值得商榷,有些做法甚至已经造成了不良影响。针对目前的形势和在实践中暴露出来的问题,为了少走弯路,少犯错误,在解决"三农"问题的具体操作中,特别要注意以下三点:(1)因地制宜,避免照搬照抄;(2)尊重规律,避免急躁冒进;(3)讲求实效,避免形式主义。

In the process of solving problems of the rural areas, agriculture and farmers, there is something in our method of thought and practice needing discussing. Some of our practice even has already caused unfavorable influence. To counter the present situation and the problems exposed in our practice, and avoid losing our way and making mistakes, there are three points needing particular attention in the concrete operation of solving the problems of the rural areas, agriculture and farmers. Firstly, we should suit measures to local conditions instead of copying off; Secondly, we should respect laws and avoid advancing impetuously; Thirdly, we should pursue actual effect and avoid formalism.
