| 摘 要： | 21世纪的人才不仅要具有基础知识和专业知识,更应具备创新能力。因此,大学生创新能力的培养对于促进中国未来建设事业有着重要意义。大学生创新能力的培养是一个系统工程,它既包括客观环境因素,又包括个体主观因素。深刻认识创新能力的内涵、意义以及大学生创新能力培养的方法,是大学生创新教育的当务之急。
