| 摘 要： | 报业体制改革是一场博弈,在这里,管理者、业外资本以及作为报业终端的读者和广告商都极力想争得这一权力资源,以谋求自身利益的最大化。中国报业体制改革的博弈各方应该进行沟通,努力寻求对各方都有利的均衡点,并依此进行报业体制改革的制度设计。以民为本、管理的社会化和内环境改造是报业体制改革应该坚持的原则。
