| 摘 要： | 文章简述了国外科技评估的发展历史,主要从立法情况、机构设置、评估方 法及评估种类等方面对国外科技评估进行介绍和比较研究,在此基础上分析中国科技评估的 现状及存在的问题,最后指出改善和推进中国科技评估工作需要借鉴的几个方面,以期能够 起到抛砖引玉的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on a general survey of the developmental history of science and technology(S&T) evaluation abroad and an introduction and comparison of foreign S&T evaluation from the aspects of legislation,establishment of organizational structure,evaluating methods and types,the article analyses the current situation and the existing problems of domestic S&T evaluation,and points out several aspects that need to be taken into consideratioin in improving and advancing domestic S&T evaluation with a view to shedding light on the issue in question. |
