On the basis of reviewing the reason of insufficient consumption in China,the paper starts from the dynamic balance of urban-rural purchasing,establishes the collocation model of urban-rural purchasing power under the maximum consumption of urban-rural resident condition and proposes some operative conclusions by applying the model.
