| 摘 要： | 三分法包含两个侧面:一分为三,三合为一.三分法是一种带有普遍意义的科学研究方法论,是一种重要的管理哲学.世界上许多事物都具有三要素结构,人类具有一种"三要素思维定势":对于各种事物往往进行"三要素划分",处理问题实行"三兼顾原则"和"三结合原则".三分法在管理工作中很有用处,应当加以研究和宣传.三分法与两分法相结合,可能会成为现代管理科学中国学派的重要组成部分.
