| 摘 要： | 根据人力资本理论和性别人力资本理论的基本观点,阐释了女性本科生攻读硕士研究生的现实意义。由于性别特点,女性投资研究生教育的成本是巨大的,包括直接成本、机会成本、时间成本和心理成本。但三年研究生的生活也会给女性带来经济收益以及更为重要的非经济收益。通过对成本收益的分析,女性本科生应明确读研目的,谨慎做出选择。

| Abstract: | According to the basic ideas of human capital theory and gender human capital theory, this paper explained the realistic significance of female graduating undergraduates for postgraduate education.
