The Logical Necessity in the Proposition of Scientific Construction of the Party

The proposition of ＂scientific construction of the Party＂ was proposed at the Fourth Plenary Session of 17th CPC Central Committee, which is the logical choice of CPC in responding to the changing situations in the world, the state and the Party.
