| 摘 要： | 互联网领域的人肉搜索现象引发了众多的争议和思考,人肉搜索一方面具有社会舆论监督的正面意义,但另一方面更容易对公民的隐私权等正当权益造成侵害。通过对人肉搜索案例进行深入的分析认为,人肉搜索必须纳入法律治理的范围之内,通过法律对其进行约束和治理,保护公民的合法权益。
