摘    要:随着经济发展的加速和消费者需求的扩张,企业竞争理论日益受到学术界和业界的关注。梳理了近年来企业竞争理论的主要研究成果,从同质产品生产和异质产品生产两个方面阐述了企业竞争理论研究的有关进展,以期为我国企业制定有效的竞争策略提供有益的参考。

Abstract:With the accelerating economic development and expanding consumer demand,the firm competition theory has drawn more attention in academic and business community.This article summarizes main researches in firm competition theory,and shows the theoretical progress from the homogeneous product theory and the heterogeneous product theory.It is hoped that this article would be helpful for firms to make effective competition decisions.
