碱改性高岭土的吸油性能研究

摘    要:利用NaOH浸提高温煅烧的高岭土,考察了碱的浓度、碱与高岭土的比例、反应温度和反应时间等因素对高岭土改性后吸油性能的影响,采用DTA-TG、XRD、BET、SEM、TEM等方法对碱改性高岭土的性能进行测试。实验结果表明,3 mol/L NaOH以碱土比6 mL/g在90℃下处理高岭土2h后,所得改性高岭土的吸油值大幅度提高,这归因于碱改性高岭土后平均孔径得到提高,孔分布更为集中,孔洞数量和比表面积大大增加。

Abstract:High-temperature calcined kaolin was leached by NaOH in this paper,and the effects of the concentration of alkali,the ratio of liquid to solid,the temperature and the reaction time on oil absorptive properties of modified kaolin were investigated,the properties of alkali-modified kaolin were studied by TG-DTA,XRD,BET,SEM,TEM and EDS techniques.Experimental results show that,kaolin was leached by 3 mol/L NaOH at the ratio of liquid to solid is 6 mL/g,the temperature is 90 ℃ and the reaction time is 2h,the oil absorption value of modified kaolin increase significantly,which is attributed to the average pore size is improved,the pore size distribution is more concentrated,and the number of holes and the surface area are greatly increased after kaolin is modified by alkali.
