农村土地征用中引发的问题及解决办法探析

当前农村土地征用问题日益突出和严重,主要表现在农村土地征用中的程序不到位,土地征用协议内容不规范,地方干部违法违纪现象突出,被征地农民权益保障方式相对比较单一,告状难、胜诉更难等几个方面。分析了其发生的主要原因,并在此基础上,就如何减少和解决农村土地纠纷以及如何最大限度地保证农民权益的问题,提出了相应的解决办法和建议。
