催化剂对TiO2薄膜性能的影响

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法在普通载玻片上制备了均匀透明的TiO2薄膜。分析了催化剂在溶胶制备过程中的作用,以及其对制成的TiO2薄膜的性能的影响。主要分析了盐酸、乙酸、硝酸、硫酸等几种催化剂对TiO2薄膜的晶体结构、晶粒尺寸、光学性能的影响。实验结果表明,选择盐酸为催化剂,薄膜生长取向较好,晶粒尺寸较大,光透过率最好。

Abstract:The TiO2 transparent thin films have been prepared on glasses by Sol-Gel method.The effects of catalysts in preparation procedure and the influences of them to the performances of TiO2 films were analysed.The main catalysts analysed were hydrochloric acid,acetic acid,nitric acid and sulphuric acid.And we also researched influences of these catalysts to crystal structure,grain size,and optical properties of TiO2 films.The results showed that the growth of thin films orientation is better,the grain size is larger,and the optical transmittance is the best when hydrochloric acid was chosed as the catalyst.
