| 摘 要： | 基于体育要适应不同人群各自身心发展的规律,提出两种完全不同的阳光体育模式,实现因材施教。以期有效实施和推行＂阳光体育＂在不同领域的理论研究及其现实践行。文中构建了创新型的基础教育阶段阳光体育模式和高等教育阶段阳光体育模式,即＂重在引导、重在培育的体育课＂和＂我的运动我做主＂两种模式。
