| Abstract: | The development of charity in China has a long history. Charitable activities began to be explored and practiced early in Pre-Qin Period, and further developed during Han Dynasties. Until Tang and Song Dynasties, the system concerned had been basically mature. In Ming and Qing Dynasties, charity in ancient China entered the most flourishing period. |
