| Abstract: | Strategic composition of state-owned enterprises and stragetic adjustment to state-owned economy are effective to deepen its renovation and to repairing state-owned economy.The strategic composition should handle debts of enterprises and the lay-off worker properly and break away from its social obligation effectively.The composition should also break away from the error of recognition:the circulating of capital is not the running-off of capital;protecting crucial enterprise and selling deficit enterprise should be defferentiated;Operation to capital is not capitalism. |
