| 摘 要： | 面向读者办报是新闻发展的客观趋势,其理论基础、物质基础、读者基础已经具备。沟通、引导、参与是面向读者办报的主要环节。沟通是前提,参与是沟通和引导的目的,没有正确引导,不可能有正确的参与。

| Abstract: | It is an objective trend to run a newspaper which is geared to the needs of reading public. It is provided with theoretical basis, material basis and readers' basis. Communication, guidance and participation are the main points of running a newspaper. Communication is the premise. Participation is the aim of communication and guidance. There is no right participation without correct guidance. |
