| 摘 要： | 伽达默尔在前理解、完全性的先把握和视域融合等概念基础上提出效果历史的观点，认为理解是有历史性的。以理解为基础的翻译也因其历史性而产生对原文和原作者的叛逆，在译介学的翻译研究里，这种叛逆是一种创造性叛逆。从现代哲学阐释学角度着重探讨翻译过程中译者的创造性叛逆。

| Abstract: | Based on the notions of pre-understanding and horizon fusions,Gadamer has installed the concept of effective history,emphasizing understanding being historical.In this way,the activity of translation that based on understanding betrays the source text and writer,which is what called creative treason in the study of media-translatology.One aspect of the treason-the creative treason of translators is analyzed from the hermeneutic perspective. |
