| 摘 要： | 从广义上说,资本主义国家的政治本身就是腐败政治,社会主义国家的政治是清明政治。然而,当今世界,不仅资本主义国家存在腐败政治,社会主义国家也在一定程度上未能幸免。文章从政治学的角度,在分析政治一般本质的基础上,探讨了不同社会制度国家的腐败政治具有相同的要素,但是其社会成因和归途具有很大的区别。

| Abstract: | In broad sense, capitalist country's politics itself is corrupt politics, while socialist country's politics is well ordered. However, in the world of today, the corrupt politics exist in capitalist countries as well as in socialist countries to a certain degree. From politics angle,on the basis of analysis on the general essence of politics, the article elaborates that corrupt politics of the distinct social system has identical essential elements, but their social cause of formation and tendency are critically different. |
