文化催生创意阶层

摘    要:阐述了创意产业与创意城市的关系,介绍了美国卡内基.梅隆大学教授理查德.佛罗里达的"欧洲创意指数",即创意城市的衡量标准。论述了文化对邯郸创意产业发展的重要作用。根据创意城市构建的关键要素"3T"理论,提出了应如何进行创意邯郸的建设。

Culture produces creative classes

Abstract:At first, the authors demonstrate the relationship between creative industries and creative cities and introduce Professor Richard Florida' s European Creative Index in Carnegie Mellon University, which is the standard to measure a city' s creativity. Second, the authors emphasize the important function of culture in the development of Handan' s creative industries. Next, the authors introduce "3T" theory of constructing creative cities to argue the importance of technology, talents and tolerance in the construction of creative cities. At last, according to the key factor "3T" theory of constructing creative cities, the authors put forward some suggestion to construct creative Handan.
